We are looking for a creative and technically skilled expert who will be responsible for all technical aspects of pre-sales activities and post-sales activities, including serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers in India.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing the full technical lifecycle, including proof-of-concept (PoC), pilot, rollout, and implementation activities. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication abilities to ensure the successful deployment of our software products and their seamless integration into client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
General PreSale Activities
- Deliver technical presentations on Positive Technologies solutions (comprehensive offerings), products, and services
- Conduct online and offline product demonstrations of Positive Technologies solutions
- Develop BoM/BoQ and Technical / Commercial Proposals
Pilot Project Execution
- Define prerequisites and requirements for pilot projects and customer environments
- Design the solution architecture for customer environments
- Deploy Positive Technologies products in customer environments (including supporting customers with configuring their current IT / cybersecurity environment)
- Perform pilot project health checks
- Develop pilot project reports (documents / presentations)
Procurement Procedures
- Analyze RFPs and technical requirements for compliance
- Develop Technical Proposals (documents)
Implementation Project Execution
- Design the solution architecture
- Deploy Positive Technologies products
- Define solution technical requirements
- Develop project documentation
- Participate in offline meetings with customers (as required)
Post-Sales Support
- Maintain customer relationships and conduct periodic meetings for health checks and product updates
- Assist customers with minor / quick requests
- Manage product feedback in coordination with HQ teams
Partner Activities
- Conduct offline workshops and training sessions
- Deliver expert webinars
- Present at partner events
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience across multiple cybersecurity domains (the broader the coverage, the better):
- Network security (including hands-on experience at an engineer/architect level with NGFW, IPS/IDS, NTA/NDR, and, where possible, other solutions such as Anti-DDoS, Web Gateways, etc.)
- Application security (including hands-on experience at an engineer/architect level with WAF, API Gateways, reverse proxies, and SSL offloading solutions)
- Malware analysis and threat intelligence (including hands-on experience at an engineer/architect level with Sandbox solutions, Threat Intelligence Platforms, and threat hunting practices)
- Monitoring and detection / SOC (including hands-on experience at an engineer/architect level with SIEM, VM/VMDR, EDR, XDR, and, where possible, SOAR solutions)
- DevSecOps and SDLC (including hands-on experience at an engineer/architect level with SAST, DAST, and fuzzing tools, as well as the ability to integrate these solutions into CI/CD pipelines and automate customer pipelines)
In addition to experience with individual solutions and products, we are looking for a strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity architecture. This is essential both for identifying opportunities and shaping our offerings, as well as for addressing various integration scenarios within customer infrastructures.
Experience with open-source solutions and advanced integration use cases is considered an advantage, as the role may require addressing non-standard integration scenarios.
