About the Role
We are seeking a highly meticulous and proactive Project Coordinator to act as a critical communication bridge and operational anchor for a key international project. This role is central to ensuring flawless execution and mitigating risks in a complex, cross-cultural environment. The ideal candidate will be the "eyes and ears on the ground," responsible for precise documentation, clear communication, and navigating client-side bureaucracy to keep the project on track.You will serve as the linchpin between our Russian-speaking internal project team and our Arabic-speaking client, ensuring that technical requirements, project status, and agreements are accurately translated and communicated in both directions.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Coordination (Primary Focus):
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the Arabic-speaking client, managing all operational communication.
- Facilitate and document all client meetings, including weekly detailed status meetings .
- Accurately capture minutes of meetings (MoMs), decisions, action items, and agreements, distributing them promptly to all stakeholders.
- Proactively clarify ambiguous or controversial inputs from the client and escalate them to the internal team for resolution before proceeding. - Operational & Administrative Support:
- Monitor and track project issues and blockers (e.g., system access, credentials, permissions) and drive them to resolution.
- Manage and navigate client-side bureaucratic processes, documentation, and formal procedures.
- Maintain and organize all project documentation, correspondence, and records in a centralized repository.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing regular status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials. - Risk & Dependency Tracking:
Help identify, log, and monitor project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID). - Onboarding Support:
Facilitate the onboarding of new client-side stakeholders or team members to project processes. - Process Adherence:
Ensure all project activities follow agreed-upon workflows and compliance requirements. - Follow-up & Accountability:
Systematically follow up on action items with both the client and internal team members to ensure timely completion.
Requirements (Must Have):
- Hard Skills & Experience:
- Language Proficiency: Arabic: Mother tongue / Native fluency. English: Intermediate level (B1+) or higher, sufficient for clear written reporting and verbal discussion.
- Technical Background: 2+ years of experience or educational background in cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, System Administration, Data Center Infrastructure, Telecom, Network, Electronics Engineering. Must be able to understand technical discussions and terminology.
- Experience: Proven experience in a project coordination, assistant project manager, or similar client-facing role within a technical environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Russian language skills at any level (a significant plus for direct internal team interaction).
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum principles).
- Previous experience working in an international or outsourcing company.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project).
