We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to support and enhance the knowledge of Positive Technologies partners and clients in the MENA region. This role focuses on delivering training across a range of cybersecurity products, ensuring our clients and partners can effectively use our solutions.

As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting courses, workshops, and presentations, both in-person and remotely, ensuring your audience gains the expertise needed to utilize our cybersecurity products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training courses, workshops, and presentations (both face-to-face and remote) on cybersecurity products and technologies (SIEM, NGFW, VM, NTA, Sandbox, etc.).

• Localize training content and develop relevant materials for the region.

• Assess audience needs and tailor training programs accordingly.

• Collaborate with the sales team in pre- and post-sales activities to collect feedback and share technical expertise.

Requirements

• Higher technical education.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT or a related field.

• Proven experience in training development, pre-sales engineering, or software development/support.

• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux administration.

• Up-to-date knowledge of security threats, trends, and market developments.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Full proficiency in English.
