We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to support and enhance the knowledge of Positive Technologies partners and clients in the MENA region. This role focuses on delivering training across a range of cybersecurity products, ensuring our clients and partners can effectively use our solutions.
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting courses, workshops, and presentations, both in-person and remotely, ensuring your audience gains the expertise needed to utilize our cybersecurity products effectively.
Responsibilities
Deliver training courses, workshops, and presentations (both face-to-face and remote) on cybersecurity products and technologies (SIEM, NGFW, VM, NTA, Sandbox, etc.).
Localize training content and develop relevant materials for the region.
Assess audience needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales team in pre- and post-sales activities to collect feedback and share technical expertise.
Requirements
Higher technical education.
At least 3 years of experience in IT or a related field.
Proven experience in training development, pre-sales engineering, or software development/support.
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux administration.
Up-to-date knowledge of security threats, trends, and market developments.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Full proficiency in English.
